Crystal Room

The Crystal room is predominately our restaurant, however between 10am-4pm we can also offer half of this as a meeting room.
The prices are as below: 

The Crystal Restaurant: Full Day Room Hire: £120.00 OR Half Day Hire: £80.00

This room will comfortably fit 20 guests boardroom, 36 theatre style & 12 classroom style (2 per table)

The Crystal room also has air conditioning available.


Gipping Valley Suite

Our Gipping Valley Suite is the largest of our conference & banqueting suites.
This room can we separated into two halves or left as one larger room.
The prices are as below: 

Gipping Valley Suite: Full Day Room Hire: £395.00 OR Half day room hire: £250.00

Gipping Valley Suite 1: Full Day Room Hire: £195.00 OR Half Day Room Hire: £135.00

Gipping Valley Suite 2: Full Day Room Hire: £135.00 OR Half Day Room Hire: £85.00


Oak Room

The smallest of our meeting rooms, the Oak room can be used for small meetings, interviews, committees or presentations.
This room is on the lower ground floor, and is unfortunately not disabled accessible.
The prices are as below:

The Oak Room: Full Day Room Hire: £155.00 OR Half Day Hire: £80.00

This room is not air conditioned

Day Delegate:   Minimum Numbers of 10 - £47.00

24hr Delegate:  Minimum Numbers of 10 – 40 from £145.00
